We are designer and manufacturer, having the ability to produce about 1500-2000pcs/ item monthly. Usually, a bulk order time needs about 15-20 days.
Located on Shenzhen, south China, one of the biggest free trade cities in China.
2.What is your company specialized in?
We almost cover all the items of sex toys, and keeping design the new items. We concentrate on producing middle&high-end markets’ products at a reasonable price.

5.How is look like in your factory QC? How many workers ? What is your silicone capcatity for your factory ?
We have strictly quality control processes, there are mainly usually four steps. Visual inspection—Power-on inspection—function inspection—charging inspection. Account Department 2 workers, Warehouse and Quality Control Department 6 workers; Purchase Department 4 workers; Marketing and Product Department 10 workers;Sales Department 11 workers; Factory and Product Assembly Line 65 workers.
For silicone capcatity, usually 20-40 thousands silicone cases .
6.Can I come to your factory to observe machine running? Can you arrange driver to pick me up?

Yes, we are target on US&EU market, the related certificates are necessary.
5.Do you have this item specific details such as Waterproof, Battery capacity, working time, Motor type, motor speed etc ?

6.Could you offer customizing service？Can you print our logo on the boxes please.. Are you able to apply my company's logo on the products/packaging?
That is totally ok, we have many experiences on OEM service, to help customers realize brand value is our goal, too
7.Do you have outport your company product to my country before?
Yes, we have some customers in your country, ** market is promising for us. Sorry, we could told you the customer information, as we need to protect customers privacy
8.Do you have agent or distributor in EU? If we make exclusive of this item?
Currently, we not have agent in Eu. But, Europe is one of our target market.
To protect customers market share, we could offer the exclusively market right, but we have requirements on it, if possible, may we have call to know each other more.
9.Why is your competitor’s price cheaper than yours?
Price is definitely one of the important factors in business, but I bet that you will agree that stable quality, services are also vital. As the after-sale problems will not only cost much but influence customers confidence I could not say ours are the cheapest and best but could say our price is the reasonable in middle&high market
10.Are the materials safe? Any test for them？
That is must be, each of our products have the related CE, FDA certificates. Safety is the very first precondition
Part Three: Sales Services &Trade Terms
1.Do you have any customers in our country? Can you share their names?
2.If we developed new mould , how much does it need ? how long ?
For visual design, about a week, usually about 450-620 USD charge,; for the inner structure design, about one week, usually about 450-620 USD charge.
Sample mode, about 450-620 USD, NEED 12-15 DAYS. Bulk production sample, about 2000 USD, 20-25 DAYS. Test production, 3-5 days; battery aging test, 7-10 days; first bulk order, 25-30 days. So totally may need about 3500 USD, ABOUT 3 months.
3. If the product is broken, do you accept the returns? How do you handle a customer complaint? What If my product has a problem after I receive it?
Our products have strict quality control processes, usually will not have the big quality problem, but if there is any natural quality problem which is on our responsibility, we will take full charge of it, Will send same quantity on next order, or refund the equally good value.
4.Do you offer free samples for testing our market first?
Usually, the sample cost will be charged but will be refunded in your bulk order. We also will send free samples to our cooperation client each time
5.Do you have QC management system?
We have strictly quality control processes, there are mainly usually four steps. Visual inspection—Power-on inspection—function inspection—charging inspection.We guarantee the 100% function normal rate, have 30 times battery aging test for each bulk product.
6. Do you have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) required for any of your products?
Hello, the MOQ is usually about 5 pcs each item, as we understand that customers want to test the market
7.How long will it take for manufacturing the products? What about shipping time?
Usually, the bulk order time is about 3-7days, by air shipping may need about 7-10 days
8.Do you offer dropshipping ?
Sorry, currently we not support,. But we could support low MOQ, ;like 5 pcs each item, in this way, there will be not much stock risk, too.
9.Can you offer us discount?
We can definitely have a conversation about specific numbers, but let’s make sure we’re on the same page about this solution being a
good fit for your needs.
We do have a discount program for those prospective clients who are willing to help us with Local promotion or are open for local visitors
