What is a Kegel ball?
A Kegel ball is a weighted or vibrating device inserted vaginally so the user can exercise the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles of the pelvic floor. Holding the ball in place makes the muscles contract, which is the training effect buyers sell. We build three constructions: static weighted balls that move with the body, motorized balls that add vibration, and electromagnetic impack trainers that deliver a tapping impulse instead of a buzz.
Kegel ball
The category name. Any pelvic floor training device worn internally, weighted, vibrating or smart. Used for pelvic floor exercise and post-partum recovery ranges.
Ben Wa ball
The non-vibrating subset. A polished shell holding a free-moving inner weight; the shift of the weight makes the pelvic floor work. The entry SKU in most training ranges.
Pelvic floor trainer
A graduated kit, usually two to four balls of increasing weight with a silicone retrieval cord. Sells as a program rather than a single ball, and supports a higher retail price.

Six gates take a Kegel concept to a sealed carton, and we run all six at the same address.
1. Brief, Weight Steps & 3D Design
We start from the training outcome, then size the ball, set the gram steps and choose the cord to match.
Prototype Sampling & Feel Test
Sample balls go out for a genuine wear test. You judge cord pull, gram feel and seam comfort before any steel is cut.
3. Private Mold Development
Shell, weight core and cord collar each get their own steel tool, so no rival brand can order your geometry.
4. Silicone Over-Mold & Component Prep
Liquid silicone closes over the core in one shot, then we seat the drive, the cell and the charge port inside.
5. Assembly & Function Testing
Nothing loads until we have pulled its cord, submerged its seam, run every mode and logged the reading to your PO.
6. Packaging & Shipping
Box, tray and exercise card come off our own line, then we book DDP or hand the pallets to your forwarder.

FAQ
We make five Kegel ball types and each trains the pelvic floor differently. Our Ben Wa ball sets (WY0540) train through a shifting inner weight, so the muscles work to hold the ball, while our graduated kits (WY0425, WY0571) step the user up through heavier balls.
Our vibrating silicone ball (WY0525) adds 10 modes so users can feel the contraction, and our electromagnetic impack trainer (WY0569) drives a steel mass to tap instead of buzz, which mimics a real contraction. We also develop private-mold smart trainers from your brief.
All five are open for wholesale today, and we will recolor the shell, add your mark and box them under your own label.
We treat Ben Wa balls as the non-vibrating, weight-loaded subset of Kegel balls. A Ben Wa ball relies on an inner weight that shifts as the user moves, so the pelvic floor works to hold it. A Kegel ball is the wider category: it covers plain weighted balls, vibrating balls and app-connected trainers.
When we quote, we ask you to name the training effect you want to sell, because that decides whether you need a static weight, a motor or both.
We mold graduated sets from light to heavy so a user can move up as strength improves, and we set the exact gram weight to your training program rather than to a fixed catalog number.
We advise brands to launch with a three-step kit: a light single ball for beginners, a medium pair for regular users and a heavy ball for advanced programs. Tell us your target user and we will propose the gram ladder and print it on the pack.
Our WY0569 VICTORIA is a patented electromagnetic impack trainer. Instead of an offset motor spinning inside the shell, it drives a steel mass electromagnetically to create a tapping impulse, which feels closer to a muscle contraction than a buzz.
We build it from ABS and silicone, run it at 10 vibration modes and 5 speed levels, rate it IPX7, charge it over USB in 60 to 120 minutes, and ship it with a wireless remote.
Food- and medical-grade liquid silicone for every shell, with ABS reserved for the two places that need rigidity — the inner core and the remote housing. FDA and LFGB cover the polymer, while ROHS, SVHC, CE and BPA reports cover the silicone and the electronics alike.
Report numbers travel with the shipment file, so your compliance team can file registrations in the EU, UK or US without coming back to us.
Both ratings appear across our line, and which one a model carries comes down to its seam design. IPX6 clears the shell for a hard rinse under running water. IPX7 goes further — the ball can be washed completely and briefly submerged, which is what our WY0569 impack trainer carries.
Whichever rating applies goes on the box and in the leaflet, so a customer who soaks the product has no grounds to claim against you.
One carton is enough to begin. Stocked models carry no minimum at all, so a first order can be a single mixed carton; adding your logo to an existing shell starts at 100 pieces.
Fresh pigment, a new gram core or a new tool each lift the floor, and by how much depends on which of them you need. Give us the model list and every SKU comes back with its own number.
Seven business days for anything already on the shelf, and we count from payment rather than the PO date. A customized run needs 30 to 35 days once you have signed off the sample.
Fresh tooling stacks a development block in front of that — drawings, prototype, steel — and we tell you its length before you commit.
OEM is a rebrand. We recolor the shell, print your mark, swap the cord and reprint the box — a matter of weeks, and no tooling bill at all.
ODM is a new product. We engineer the diameter, gram ladder, texture or drive around your brief and cut molds nobody else can buy. Use OEM to test a market, then switch to ODM once you know it sells.
We refund or replace it. Photograph the fault, send it over, and we either credit you or put replacements on your next order — the claim is ours to settle, and every ball carries a six-month warranty from the delivery date.
Before anything loads we pull every cord to breaking tolerance, submerge every seam, cycle every mode and weigh samples against spec — all logged under your PO number.
Certificates covering CE, ROHS, SVHC, BPA, FDA and LFGB, plus UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells, are there whenever you ask.
