Our wand models such as WY0743 deliver high-power full-body output, while our mini models such as WY0628 and WY0669 target compact travel and gift ranges. We supply every model for wholesale, and we can match your OEM colors, print your logo and produce private-label packaging.

We fit a wand massager with a larger head and a higher-output motor built for broad muscle relief across the neck, shoulders and back, which places it in a higher retail price tier. We make our mini massagers smaller, lighter and USB-rechargeable, so they suit travel sets, entry price points and impulse-buy displays.

We usually advise buyers to stock both: the wand as the premium anchor product and the mini wand as the volume driver.

We build our massagers to IPX6 or IPX7 ratings depending on the model. IPX6 means we have tested the unit against strong water jets, so your customers can rinse it under a tap. IPX7 means we have tested it for full washing and temporary immersion, as on our WY0628 fully washable mini massager.

We print the rating in the manual and on the retail box, which helps you avoid after-sales disputes.

We over-mold food-grade and medical-grade liquid silicone over an ABS or PCBA core. We hold FDA and LFGB material compliance, plus ROHS, SVHC, CE and BPA test reports for both the silicone and the electronic parts.

We issue the certificates and test reports with your shipment file, so your compliance team can register the products in the EU, UK, US and other regulated markets.

We set no MOQ on our stocked massager models, so you can place mixed trial orders to test your market. We start logo-only customization on an existing model from 100 pieces. We quote higher volumes for custom colors, custom packaging or new tooling, because the exact figure depends on the component and process involved.

We ship stocked massagers within seven business days when you need no customization. For customized orders we run production for 30 to 35 days after you approve the pre-production sample.

New tooling adds a development phase in which we handle 3D drawings, prototype sampling and mold manufacturing before that 30 to 35 day window begins.

With OEM, you take an existing WINYI massager and we change the brand elements for you: color, logo, packaging and manual. We deliver it faster and at a lower tooling cost.

With ODM, our engineering team develops a new shape, structure or function around your brief, including 3D design, private mold and prototype sampling. We recommend OEM for a quick launch and ODM when you want an exclusive product that competitors cannot copy.

We supply CE and ROHS reports, SVHC and LCS reports against EU standards, BPA test reports, FDA and LFGB material compliance, UL reports for remote controls, UN38.3 and MSDS battery transport documents, ISO factory certification and BSCI social compliance.

We inspect every unit before shipment for appearance, motor current, vibration output, charging, waterproof performance, noise and packaging completeness, and we record the results against your PO. We back our products with a six-month warranty from the delivery date.
