How do I download the WINYI app?
Search "WINYI" on the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code on the packaging. The app is free.
Which products work with the app?
Sheila (WY0614), My Love (WY0630), Mary (WY0564), Helen (WY0553) and more app controlled models are being added continuously.
How many toys can I connect at a time?
Up to 7 toys to one device at the same time. Each toy connects to only one phone at a time.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Only you can see your friend list, contacts cannot see each other, and blocking is available per contact. See the in-app privacy agreement.
How far away does remote control work?
There is no distance limit — as long as both phones have Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G data connection. Your partner does not need to own a toy to control yours.
What permissions does the app request, and why?
Storage, camera and microphone permissions power features such as music sync and chat. You can deny any of them in your phone settings; some features will then be unavailable.
Can I sync vibration to music?
Yes — the app can sync with music stored on the device.
Are the toys waterproof and how long does the battery last?
Most app models are IPX6 or IPX7 (WY0553, WY0564, WY0568, WY0687 are IPX7). Runtime ranges from about 40 to 60 minutes per charge, with magnetic or pin charging in 120–150 minutes.
Can the app be branded for my company?
Yes. OEM clients can change the app name, icon, splash screen, color theme and preset pattern library. ODM projects can add proprietary app features.
What is the MOQ for wholesale app controlled vibrators?
MOQ depends on the model and whether you need custom color or tooling. Contact us with your target SKU and quantity and we will quote both stock and custom options.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend sampling two or three models so you can compare motor feel, app stability and packaging before committing.
What certifications do you provide?
FDA and LFGB grade materials, with MSDS, ROHS and UN38.3 documentation available per model. Details are on our certification page.
How do I delete or block a contact?
Open the contact and use "delete contact" or "add to block list". To unblock, go to Chat → top-left icon → Blocked, then disable the toggle.
What does "sticky to top" mean?
Once enabled, your chat with that contact stays at the top of the Long Distance tab.
Do you ship worldwide and handle private-label packaging?
Yes — private-label packaging, manuals and inserts are part of the standard OEM scope, and we ship to all major markets. See our service process.
